Registration


All delegates, speakers and guests must register to attend the World Summit.

Organisations are welcome to have multiple representatives attend the Summit, however, each delegate must register separately. IFACCA Member rates apply to all delegates from member organisations.

EARLY BIRD

Registrations received on or before 30 June will automatically benefit from a 10% early bird discount

 

REGISTRATION FEE

There are two categories for delegate registration fees:

Category A

This applies to delegates from high income countries (as defined by the World Bank), excluding those in the Caribbean, Pacific and South America, and those that acceded to the European Union in 2004 or after. See the full list below.*

Category B

This applies to delegates from all other countries.

The registration system will automatically direct you to the relevant category once you have completed your personal details. 

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

 In addition to Summit sessions, registration includes:

- attendance at the Opening Ceremony
- attendance at the Gala dinner
- catering during scheduled Summit events
- all Summit materials.


The registration fee does not include:

- travel costs
- accommodation
- breakfast
- bank administration fees
- travel insurance.

 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

 

You can pre-book and pay for transport to and from your hotel through the registration system, if you wish. This is optional, and you can skip this step when registering if you do not want to pre-book.

Taxi services operate between Malta International Airport and any destination in Malta, 24 hours a day. Pre-paid tickets can be purchased at fixed rates at the airport.

 

COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION

IFACCA Members

IFACCA Member organisations from countries in Category B are entitled to one complimentary registration. Members in this category will receive a unique voucher code on confirmation of membership status.

If you have not already done so, please email info@artsummit.org for your code, citing your full name and organisation. 

Speakers and guests 

 

Speakers and invited guests of Arts Council Malta and IFACCA will receive a voucher code directly. If you believe you should have a voucher code, but have not yet received one, please email info@artsummit.org.

  

ACCOMPANYING GUESTS

 

All delegates are welcome to pay for an accompanying guest. This registration includes the Opening Ceremony, Gala Dinner and Cultural Programme events only.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit card or electronic funds transfer. Your registration will not be complete until full payment has been received. Please note that you can save your registration at any time and log in to complete payment when ready.

 

REFUNDS

A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by 30 June 2016. The Summit Kit and a 50% refund will be sent for written cancellations received after 31 July 2016. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 July 2016. However, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge.  Written cancellations must be sent to info@artsummit.org.

 

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is not included in your registration and you are responsible for making all accommodation bookings. Find more information on the Accommodation page.
